E46 M3 wheels will fit E92 Sports?

I found this on ebay. Will these fit and do you think it's a good deal if I can somehow buy them for under $800? I am thinking about buying them for WINTER (I know 18in staggered is NOT the ideal set-up, but it looks too sexy!!!).

Front is ET47 so that need spacers, like 15mm.

They'll fit (with spacers on front like remmib said), but 2 of those tires are shot.
