How are the Kumho ECSTA ASX in light snow?

Hello,

I go to school in Boston but live in San Diego. I got a 2007 A4 S-Line quattro but it was totaled 9 days after I got it. Darn guy, grrr...

Anyways, I am now planning to buy a 328i coupe with sport package.

I don't want to go to dedicated snow wheels/tires because I will not have any place to store them. Instead, I would like to swap out the tires.

Being in Boston, I'm not going to be driving through heavy snow and plowing my way through. From what I have seen, the roads get plowed a lot.

Will these All Seasons do well? How are they in dry conditions compared to the stock Bridgestone RFT?

Thanks!

I would either get the pirelli's or yokohamas that are available on tirerack.com. I have had the pirelli pzero nero M+S tires on my E90, and they were great in light to moderate snow.

I plan on going back to either them or the yokohamas for my E92 for next winter...

How are they in the wet and dry? I may end up ordering them instead of Toyo Proxes 4 since I want ASA wheels and Tire Rack doesn't sell Toyos.
