Does anyone know if the 800 order status line ever says "Your Vehicle is at the VPC"

I ask because my car was dropped off at Port in Georgia 6 days ago but when I call the 800 # it says "You Vehicle is at the Port Awaiting a Shipping Vessel" this is identical to the message I recieved when the car was in Bremerhaven.

When i checked the owner's circle it says the car is at the VPC. So what gives? Which is right?

Mine did the same thing. I don't think it ever said it was actually at the VPC. In fact, owner's circle still says mine is at the VPC, and I picked it up from the dealership on Weds (16th)!

I beleive that they are prioritizing the shipping from the VPC based on distance from the VPC, as they are trying to get them all delivered before the end of the year.

My CA had to have the manager call and get mine out of the queue an onto a truck after it had been sitting at the VPC for a week (my dealership is about 2 hours from the VPC)! It showed up at the dealership 2 days after that

At this point, your CA has better info, as they can see when the car was finished by the VPC, and can light a fire under someone to get it on a truck to you if you are in a hurry to get it!

Yeah same as you, I just got a call from my CA said car is at the lot...

Ill pick it up tomorrow if I can get the insurance start date changed. Owners Circle says @ VPC and 800 # says at Port lol
