the tuning is a JB3 "plug & play" there wasn't more than 15 minutes spent on "tuning" for this car..

I strongly believe all of those things are true.. The brembo brakes that he has on the car along with the Nitto Invo's and lighter weight will make the car stop faster. A stock car with a JB3 would be a good race against an E9X M3 so this one with all the bolt-ons....ya. As far as handling better that is also possible but depends on the driver..
