Sports Cat on a diesel
I've found a decent place that do custom exhausts here in Glasgow and been thinking about getting a sports catalytic convertor retrofitted to the existing system in my 320d. Does anyone know what kind of performance gains this would give if any? My car has been remapped by Evolve.

All depends which forum you read and how much you have done to your car tuning wise

Used to make a difference in the olden days but modern cats are fairly high-flowing and the effect is less pronounced on a diesel anyway.
Replacing the first generation cat on my Porsche 944S2 with some 3" SS pipe made a huge difference....
