Any bodybuilders/weight lifters - in here!!
So right after HS I hit my 120lbs and I was there for a good while. Started lifting a little bit on and off and got my weight up to 130lbs.
Then, exactly 11 months ago, I quit smoking and starting lifting hardcore - eating 7 times a day, drinking protein shakes after workouts, taking creatine, said EFF U to junk food and soda, and hit 157lbs in 7-8 months. Now, no matter what I do I just can't break into 160's mark! I make 2 home made shakes a day, equaling to 880 cal each and still can't break out of 150's. |

I was stuck in the 140's for a while. First off, are you more towards cut or just round and pudgy?
Second. Go to a new gym. New equipment. New everything. Get out of your element and be forced to do completely new routines and the whole 9 yards. |
