Mud I'm pleased you managed to get sorted and with a good result after the problems with the Spider box. Will you be kind enough to post some info on fuel economy in a week or two once you have tested it to death.

Ah mate, over the weekend I had the engine warning light come on, and I was thinking this is just my luck as usual that a few days before a remap things go belly up!!

On the way there I got 43mpg and on the way back I got 46mpg driving it much much harder, especially when I got it back into town.

Will report more over the next few weeks, I tend to get about 550-570 miles from a tank so will keep an eye on that and see what happens

That's pretty good going, I normally only get about 500miles out of mine but having said that it's an auto. I quite fancy going down the P-Torque or Evolve route, they both sound great although to be honest at the moment P-Torque is looking better value for money.

Glad it went well! Nice to see your 320d was 164bhp before the map

Nice one dude. Didn't realise you'd never mapped yours until now?

Lol wasn't sure if I'd be able to read that link or not considering I got IP banned or atleast I thought I was... . Was OK though ...

Our cars produce exact same bhp now atleast according to the rollers

I also want my MAF replaced. You kept the extended warranty on yours? Or are you on your own now?

I've got the extended so if I can prove an issue (My MPG would go a long way to proving an issue I think !!!!! ) then it'll be £100 all in (Bloody excess.. )

P-Torque are defo good value for money, although being the cheapest is not necessarily a good thing. But talking to Will I knew he knew his stuff so went with it.

IP banned?? Never!

Mine is out of warranty now but my good mate looks after the car for me, and I do anything else myself.

your MPG seems to be down to the MAF as far as I can see, but maybe combined with something else??

You should "borrow" someone elses and see what happens

hah. cool. I still won't try signing up though Doubt I'd last

Theres alot of info on here about the MAF being possible cause etc etc, so I'm going to get it booked in at cobham and ask Leo to test it.

Either way, thats off topic lol. Glad your happy with the map. For me it was like a whole new car. And constantly get comments about how quick it is. Ego boosts are good heh

Hi Guys

Have to give the exhaust supplier their due, the exhaust was a tidy fitment and looked just right after I had a little sneaky peak under the car.

Exhausts do take a little while to bed in before they sound a little deeper.
