Service Bulletin Number

Hi,

Car was in shop today for KDS (see other thread) I also mentioned a lack of power low down..

They pulled a service bulletin out saying it was normal, which is fine, but i asked for the number so i could look it up and satisfy myself, they give me 4959820-04

can't find any info about it, can anyone get a print out / pdf at all ?
