Looking to upgrade styling because of accident

The other day I was rear ended by another driver not paying attention on the road. Since my rear bumper cover, and right taillights have to be replaced I was thinking of finally having some fun with the appearance of my car. (No better time than when an insurance company is going to assist in the financing of your endeavor)

To start, I'm planning on throwing some black line taillights on as well as an mtech rear bumper which is where I found some problems that I was wondering if anyone on here could help me with since the dealership couldn't.

I drive an arctic metallic 2006 e90 330xi and the following are the questions I have about the work i am about to encounter.

1) Is there a more cost effective place to get my hands on an oem m tech bumper rather than going through the dealer where I will be charged about $900 for the bumper and diffuser alone?

2) Is the mounting hardware for the m tech the same as for the stock bumper or will i have to get all new specific mounts

3) are there any issues that i should expect to encounter in having this piece put on

if anyone could help me out or even direct me somewhere I would appreciate it a ton! thanks guys
