Lemon N E 1 ???

Hello Everyone

I am new on here but I have been reading threads/post for some time now. I wanted to know if anyone has done the lemon law on the 335i yet? I have been having problems with the vehicle and I am in the process of getting the car bought back. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as far as the negotiations go and if I can get the dealership where I bought the vehicle to give me better price if I decide to buy another BMW from them.
