does anyone have any real pics of what you get when you order it? i'm just not sure what is included. I'm a noob coming from a a 350Z forum, so please be nice! Thanks-Everybody!

There isn't really one post where there are photos of everything. There is a thread with photos from a dyno day a few months back. That thread shows the installation.

Although, with the new kit (called PROcede; the old kit was called XEDE), I don't think that there is a lot to photograph. As I understand it, there is simply a piggy back ECU that fits in the engine compartment next to the factory ECU. Everything is hidden under factory covers and is invisible to the casual observer.

I would actually schedule a tuning appt. and go into their shop to do it. this way its completely tuned for you too and Shiv will do it personally.

hmm, that's sounds like the best way to do it. i wouldn't want anyone else to touch my car besides the BMW guru himself anyways. even though i don't have the car yet! lol!
