Which OCC is best?

Debating on getting a OCC, but I don't know which to go with and so far these are the ones I know about. Are they really worth it? Also hows the maintenance on these?

*for the record I have a fully modded 355I

IMO, they are only worth it if you have an aftermarket FMIC and or charge pipe and are anal about keeping your internals clean. With stock parts, let the BMW engineering do what it was designed for, although I did find lots of oil when changing out chargepipes. I would go with one of the top 2 that you listed.

I voted BSH because that's the one I got, not because I have any experience with the others. I haven't had it long enough to really say. But seems like it'll do it's job just fine, I'll post a review and some pictures of what my IC and piping looked like pre catch can.. it's not pretty.

it was pretty disturbing to see the amount of oil that was in the pipes and intercooler.. I have the RR can, with a makeshift steel wool baffle sandwhiched between steel mesh. just make sure the one you choose has some sort of baffling.
