Probably more detailed than you need, but it has 2 RPM counter inputs (rpm, flow, etc), 4 0-5 V inputs, 1 millivolt inputs, a programmable 0-5V output (8 X 8 Grid), a 5 volt output and 5 digital ground outputs that can be programmed. Oh yea it has 3 virtual outputs that can be used for conditional programming.

I went a little overboard when designing the smart controller, LOL.

I'll look into this, but may use a controller that I designed myself earlier, which works very well. It can be set for starting power, build up time and final power. It lacks the rpm-window function though so I may buy a new controller since the current ones does not cost more than stand alone rpm switches. I can evaluate your controller if you want, just send it to me as a sponsor item

Nice!! Keep us posted with your install...you seem to have a keen eye for tidy installations!

Yes, you can paint the sealing with your tail now, the CMGS is really nice and I'm happy I bought it.

It may be worth mentioning that I didn't use methanol. I could only get the blue antifreeze today, which I used as is (fully concentrated).

Interns of campatibility with the procede, what steps must I take 2 integrate the coolingmist with procede?, is it as easy as changing the maps on the procede 4 meth and jus simply installing the kit? Or you must hook up the the cmg 2 the procede 4 it 2 work.

Also what can't I do with the cmgs vs. The varicool (other) gauge?

if your procede can do flow mapping (I think rev 2 does) you just set the cmgs to output the flow signal to the procede. The process of connecting to the procede *SHOULD* be simple. Somewhere on the procede there will be connection or wire that gets the flow signal, you connect our orange wire from the CMGS to that wire and set the CMGS to out put flow. The diagram is shown a few posts back.

I had one of our techs to do a quick video to show you how to set the unit up. Its configurable to do a number of things and work with many different tunes. You only need to set it up one time.

We dont have scripts or time to make the audio perfect, we take our vids in one run and do no editing so its not perfect but will show you what you need to know for setup. Let me know how else I can help.

If you dont want to do flow mapping, CMGS will work in stand alone mode, you dont have to connect to the procede. you can even setup a custom failsafe if you want or just run it as a system.

The CMGS is a 52 MM gauge. The VC2 is a 3.5 X 3.5 inch square box. Thats the only difference. The enclosure for the CMGS is custom built CNC machined Billet Military Grade anodized, so its pretty sweet.

You don’t need to hook the CMGS and Procede together and the function is the same for CMGS and the other gauge. I' currently using them stand alone. Later on it will be possible to hook the CMGS to the Procede to take advantage of the Procede meth flow sensing function. I don’t think this is released yet.

Thanks for your help.

BTW, the CMGS Flow Output functionality is ready to go. I dont know if the procede has the flow sensing ability yet, but CMGS is ready

Oh I c, so the coolingmist system and the procede aren't really working together in a sense. Thnx 4 ur input r1000k3. How is ur system running? is the meth set 2 turn on at a certain boost then?

Ahh, now I understand.
