Isn't that the new 3 Series Liverpool edition?
Joking aside I bought this from Halfords £11.99 which comes in a neat bag with velcro on the back http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/s...egoryId_165664 And this cheap pump (for emergencies) £16.99 http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/s...egoryId_165648 The garage gave me a neat compact second hand little scissor jack which i've stuck in a money bag & placed in the boot compartment.

Okay, thought I would post an update following the recent fitting of the Conti's.
The initial tyres which were sent by the supplier to the dealer had one marked 'MO' on the front & one on the rear. The dealer wasn't happy with this so rang Contintental technical support who stated it wasn't recommended to have a mixture of 'MO' and non 'MO' on the same axle. The tyre dealer was excelllent and sent them back immediately for replacement. My initial impressions now that I've managed to bed them in are impressive. The harsh ride has gone and the drive feels 'silkier'. I'm not sure whether it's just me knowing that I've gone to non-RFT, but there seems to be a little extra roll and a bit more oversteer although the handling so far has been predictable. In short the Cont'si offer better ride comfort and of course less damage to the bank balance! As stated, I don't pretend to be an expert test driver but although the handling is good, I don't feel as confident pushing the car through the bends as before with RFT's.

Jules, I agree and reckon it's probably just me TBH. I haven't as such 'caned' it to the limit as have been slowly building up speeds to see how it handles. I suppose I've been driving a bit over cautiously following various threads I've read suggesting the handling is severly compromised when pushed.

I have been thinking of changing my SE to non-rfts but saw this mentioned in the local paper.

Yes out of their arses. Well they are when BMW's are concerned. BMW now tell customers to change to non runflats if you feel it will increase comfort.
Also I found my car handled much better without Runflats. Much more progressive breakway, more feel. With runflats it skipped accross rough UK surfaces and was twitchy and unpredictable.
