dab v tv
my 08 x5 that i am picking up this week has digital tv
my question is will it pick up digital radio as in dab or is that completely separate? cheers

DAB is completely separate to Digital TV (Freeview I presume which from memory is DVB)

As mentioned by Boyd1963 above, Digital TV will only pick up TV channels, and not digital radio. You can spec both on a new car on the configurator.

Yep,
DVB telly does contain audio channels too, but I'm sure the BMW won't let you us them. DAB for radio is totally separate technology and will need another option box ticked. |
