That looks really good... I might have to consider the high gloss pillar trim...
I think it goes real well with the chrome window trim... I also do have a black interior and dark tint on the windows. |

i just confirmed with the dealer, the entire shadowline parts cost $515+shipping...
does anybody have a picture of the parts painted? maybe that'll be a better alternative.

Called my dealer today, I asked how much were just the b pillar trims
$42.68 piece So that is $170.72 for 4 b pillars only I think I will go with that since its the biggest part in trim and will be more noticable See link that is #3 and #4 http://realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?...51&fg=20&hl=15 |

Has anybody done this before? I'd like to change my door pillars to Highgloss Shadowline, but the parts alone are quite expensive, and I don't know, if it could be done by yourself, or if you have to put you car into the shop for this...

![]() So I'm thinking about getting the OEM parts instead... but if it's work to much to put them on the car, I'd probably stay with the stock look. ![]()

I just bought the shadowline window trim from the dealer ($750) and had it installed. (See my other thread) I didn't even think about doing the pillars until someone made me aware that that was part of the whole shadowline package. The dealer priced the pillars and the mirror pieces and that total was an additional $743.44. So I am thinking of having a body shop paint the pillars or go with the stick-on CF ones. Bimmer 325, how are yours holding up?
