The nozzle that attaches to the vacuum hose swivels 360 degrees which makes it very handy. It's also much easier to replace the springs as it unscrews from the top. Forge DVs |

Hey guys,
Our charge pipes are the only ones on the market that are guaranteed not to blow off the throttle body thanks to our patented design. They will also not leak like the OEM oring style designs with the push clips. All of this is even more important when considering turbo upgrades in the future when you maybe running even more boost. Our charge pipes are hand made in the USA from mandrel bent 304 stainless tubing, it's stronger, cooler and more durable than aluminum. Each pipe comes with dual stainless meth bungs. We use heavy duty hi-temp silicone couplers with stainless t-bolt clamps. The charge pipes are available in Dual DV configuration both with and without DV's (for those re-using your Forge OEM replacements), and then also with Tial BOV. Bomis: It is not necessary to drill, cut, weld or do anything to our charge pipe to install it. We have sold hundreds of these since 2007 and everyone has been able to bolt them right up. The original Forge OEM replacement valves (which Forge released 1 year after we released our DV charge pipe) were alot larger. They install perfectly fine into our charge pipes, it just requires rotating the valves to the desired position. (the valves can rotate 360 degrees in our couplers). Your friend didn't do this simple step instead he cut and modified the charge pipe. The Diverter Valves we use are a different Forge model number than their OEM replacements. The OEM style connection (to the stock charge pipe) has a unique (and very poor) twist lock style end which are not ideal for putting a hose on and clamping down because there is no lip to prevent the hose from slipping off. Go pull your Forge OEM dv's out and look at the two ends. One end is the OEM style twist lock and the other end has a hose barb style end which has a lip all the way around the tip. This prevents the hose from slipping off when under pressure (when used with a clamp). We sell a $12 set of replacement ends for the twist lock side which are just like the hose barb style on the other end. You just simply unscrew the factory style end and screw in our replacements. This way you will have the most ideal end on your valves for use with our hose style connections. Our hose and clamp style connections do not leak like the factory twist locks and they will hold extreme amounts of boost whereas the factory style won't. With our charge pipes, the valves we use stand straight up with the bottom of the valve in the pipe and the air flowing out through the top. This is the most ideal scenario because the valve not only flows better this way but it is also faster reacting. This means the valves will open faster and recirculate the air more quickly which not only equates to faster turbo spool up but also goes further to ensure pressure is not shoved back into the turbos (which can cause damage). This picture is our DV charge pipe with DV's installed. Look at the ends coming out of the top and you will notice the lip all the way around. The OEM twist lock connection doesn't have this. |

I got my Stett with dv's and it fits perfectly. Took 20 minutes to install it, really easy.
