selling my house next week
I'm listing my house next week for 579k its 3635 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 3.5 baths, with a home theatre. It's located in Renton right off of coal creek. If any of you know anyone who might be interested and need don't have an agent my agent and I would love to represent them. I might be able to give them a better deal if they go through me as well. Sorta just down the street, gotta downsize cause of the economy. We bought our house when the market was hot so our interest is way too high and its becoming unaffordable at 7.2%. Since i got diagnosed with lymphoma and my insurance wasn't covering it our expenses got a little high at the start. But i got medicaid a couple months ago so its helping out a lot. I have my last chemo in 2 weeks and i should be completely cured
 . Then i can finally come to the meets. Sorry i forgot to reply about the brakes, but I'm saving up for an m3 this summer, so I'm probably not doing any work to my car till then. Im only 5 thousand away from getting that m3 cash. I woulda been able to get it sooner but I've been helping my parents with the medical expenses and the mortgage. |
