Confused [Hid kits angel eyes] Help?

K after asking 3 ppl and making 2 post ive gotten no where maybe
i try again

im on a budget for lights maybe 200- 250 max. depends but here it goes

These are my headlights now

Now i want to do this like E92-Lighting posted
The Angel eyes and The Bulbs.

I have 2006 325i Black/Tan
Any help would be great. Im clueless on what HID kits are and what i need to make my headlights look just like this Thanks In Advance
Again i have Halogens right now very ugly bad bad no no!

Well apparently the search button is beneath you. Answer to your question is no, its not happening for $200. Maybe multiple that by 5 or 6.

shoot camaroos for the circuit and then get a relay and hid kit from ebay circuit-80shipped hid kit w relay-60 there you go
