BMW Performance Aerodynamics

Can someone please help me out with the following.

I have purchased the mtech rear bumper for my 2006 E90 with the
BMW Performance Aerodynamics cover. The cover comes with 3
moldings - 1 on each side and 1 center long piece.

The left and right moldings are hard smooth black plastic and don't
appear to be primed, while the center one is quite flexible but is also
a kind of a grainy plastic, ie not smooth.

As such, both the feel and look differs. Is it supposed to be like that?
Anyone knows for sure?

Can you guys out there who have perhaps installed this check your
cars and let me know.

You need to have the BMW performance aero lower cover of the mtech rear
bumper. Do you have that? The ordinary cover that comes with the mtech
rear has no moldings.
