E92 335d oil check...
Hi guys,
Does anyone know how to check the oil level of my car via the dash or iDrive? I can't seem to figure it out. There's a manual dipstick so I can just use that for now but it would be useful to know if there is an "in-car" way of doing this. I checked via the dipstick and it's just barely above minimum so I think I will top up with half a litre. Does this sound reasonable? Cheers |

You cant electronically check it as far as Im aware.
Also make sure the car is fully upto operating temp. Shut down and wait 5 mins before checking. Then you get a true reading.

And doesn't the MANUAL give approx. re-fill requirements!
