HID AE Installation Idea, NEED HELP!

I just picked up a 3K HID AE kit from Alpine and i'm trying to get the CLEANEST installation possible, i'm also trying to stay away from notching the headlight housing covers (have to notch on the 1 series) so after reading THIS thread, specifically post #26 on page 2 I want to install them by cutting the wires that lead into the headlight housing and running them through silicone grommets then splicing them back with weather pack connectors. i'm also going to fab up some brackets for all the ballasts and circuits to attach to to make it cleaner, now i need your help because i'm am in no way an electrician so i need you guys to point me out:

1. what size seals and terminals i will need for the weather pack connectors?
2. where to buy the weather pack hardware i will need?
3. where to buy the 2 wire and 4 wire silicone grommet pictured below?
4. will the weather pack connectors handle the power that will be running through them?
5. WILL THIS EVEN WORK??

here are some quick photoshop pics i whipped up to give you an idea of what i'm talking about:

Passenger side:

I will be using:
(2) 1 cavity male connectors & (2) 1 cavity female connectors

(1) 2 cavity male connector & (1) 2 cavity female connector

(1) 4 wire silicone grommet (exactly like below but 4 wire instead of 2 wire)

Driver's side:

I will be using:
(2) 1 cavity male connectors & (2) 1 cavity female connectors

(1) 2 wire silicone grommet (exactly like below)

i was also thinking that an easier way would be to remove the terminal from the male connector housing on the connectors that are already on there then feed them through the grommets then reconnect them to the connector housing.

i know they sell special tools to remove and insert the terminals into the housings but can the terminals be reused after removing?? or am i going to have to cut the termimal off once removed from the housing, feed the wire through the grommet then reconnect a new terminal??
