def a must watch. not as good as the first but very close 2nd. descent 3 is in the works as well.
anybody know what happened at the end with the old guy?

I didn't know there was a 2 either.

It's not "terrible" but I wouldn't bother. All the surprises were spoiled by the first one. In the first you had no clue what to expect, then it's just, "BAM! crazy cave creatures killing people." Since you already know the story and what to expect, the movie is extremely predicatable. The scare factor just isn't there anymore. The whole plot is basically a team goes back trying to figure out what happened and to look for survivors. Disappointing.......but that's what I expected. The Fourth Kind on the otherhand.....Pretty freaky.

yea noc i feel the same way. although the scare factor is used in the 1st one it is still a good watch for the people that liked the 1st. there is a 3rd on the way and i hope to find out what the deal was with the old guy.
