2007 E93 Pricing HELP!!

Guys,

I'm thinking about purchasing a 2007 335i Convertible White/Cream Beige. It is full loaded with Nav, Sport, Prem, etc. It has about 26,000 miles.

They are willing to sell the car for $41,000 OTD which equates to about $36,770 before TTL.

What do you guys think about this price? I'm thinking about purchasing it tomorrow so any help now would be greatly appreciated!!

The Galves trade-in (wholesale) value of a 2007 E93 335i with a Steptronic Transmission, Navigation, and Sport Package, with 26k miles is:

$31,675
+ $1,500 (estimate) to recondition the vehicle.
+ $2,000 (estimate) for the 6yr/100k mile BMW CPO warranty (if applicable)
+ dealer overhead.
+ dealer profit.
= $ ________

Are you sure it was a 2007 with similar mileage and options, or was it a 2008?
