Question 2010 335i Xdrive lease quote....thoughts?

E90 335i XDrive MSRP: $52,950
Cap Cost: $48,500

36 Months
10k miles per year
Zero down (roughly $1,200 total due at signing which includes first month pmt.)

Monthly payment: $663

Is this a good deal? My negotiated price is down to $46,000.... do I have more wiggle room? I would love to get my payments into the $5's

you should get a 2011. the price you have is pretty high

my 2011 is almost 56k msrp

just 2000 due at signing (security, some dealer fees, bank fee) and my monthly payment without tax is 630

run some numbers using lease excel sheets for both 2010 and 2011 if you are not in a hurry.

You might as well build one. As already said, 2010s residuals are horrible as compared to 2011s, and the 2500 credit from BMWFS still does not make 2010s look more attractive.

you might be surprised how close the payments would come to be for a 2010 and a 2011.

Just my $0.02

Thanks! I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with a 2011. I got suckered in to the '10s with the low selling price. I believe the residual on my quote was 57%. Is there anywhere I can find residuals on 2011s?
