w00t! I am in Production!

I placed the order for a Week 12 Production Vehicle just last Saturday. Last night my options showed up in Owner's Circle for the first time(no 6FL option but supposedly this is normal). This afternoon Owner's Circle says it is scheduled for Production and had a VIN for me.

I just called the automated 1-800# and their system says that my car is in Production and will be completed March 13th.

So what kind of timeline should I expect before I get my hands on the car? Dealer is telling me 2nd or 3rd week in April. I am in PA.

congrats, mine was just completed yesterday.

expect to take delivery around 4-5 weeks after completion. Car still has to be transported to port, wait for a ship, take the trip across the atlantic, shipment to vpc, and then finally delivery to your dealer.

There are plenty of people that place orders in January/February that are still On Order!

Daily procedure:
-Call 1800 #
-Punch in info
-Hear "Your vehicle is schedule for production with no production date"
-Get angry and hang up

Yo Steve! We need to get a critical mass of forum members together so that we can implement the superior Audiworld forum software! here ;-)

Who else is here?

It's a shame the B8 wasn't available to compare against the E90. The B7 exterior does nothing for me, the interior is too much like my 6 year old car, and the 6spd gearbox is crappy compared to the awesome 5speed gearbox in the early B6's.

What kind of 335 did you get? I test drove a sedan with automatic and that car is so sweet, reminds me alot of the B5 S4 without feeling as nose heavy.

My car:
328xi
Jet Black / Black Leather / Aluminum trim
6 speed manual
Sport Package
Xenons
Cold Weather
Power Seats
iPod USB
