i think everyone should call your CC company or file a dispute with paypal ASAP, to cover your ass if trendix turns out to be fraudulent

Apparently, your attempt to get things straight with Carlos and Trendix hasn't worked out. Everyone is absolutely furious with him and his 1-man show at Trendix. Although he posted up his excuse after several days of being M.I.A., it seems as if he's back to his old ways...telling ppl b.s., not returning phone messages and PM's, and not delivering product that people ordered and paid for. :mad: Most everybody, including myself, have disputed the charges from Trendix with our credit card companies and/or PayPal for products paid for but not delivered (in my case, it was the $325.00 E92 335i Coupe Painted Rear Lip Spoiler).

I thought I'd give him the benefit of the doubt after hearing his sob story about his car accident, etc., but even after that, he still doesn't respond and doesn't ship out products that he promised were ready for delivery. I sent him a couple more (professional, not rude) PMs and left him another phone message today; to which he has not responded. He's seems to be running a scam and it would appear as if he's stolen customers money and ran; now, it's up to the credit card companies to deal with him...and that they will! He may be in a lot bigger trouble than it appears.

I highly suggest you immediately remove Trendix as a Sponsor from E90Post.com! He will not get any more business from members of this site. Thank you.

We are looking into this issue, but the best thing you can do is post up your concerns in the Vendors feedback forum ( http://www.e90post.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=42 ) and ask others who are in your position to post up in the same thread as well. From experience, this is the best way to get a sponsor to rectify a situation. But like I said we are looking into this issue

Finally others that see the issue with this forum basically facilitating this fraud. While no forum owner can filter ALL fraud, they do start to become accountable when they continue to run their banner, and provide internet place for the fraud to occur.

In the past, other forum owners would allow the accused to remain a member, so that they can respond to customer complaints, but their banner ad and any other association is removed.

Does any in here actually visit Trendix shop before ? is the shop even exist ? How is the shop inside like ? is there any stock they held ? Is there a proper shop with the Trendix signboard of company name ?
