Shall we be able to monitor more channels at the same time? The current "Pde reader" , is very limited to this.

Boost display is on the list of things to do. But functional improvements come first.

New 7/14 maps/Firmware#18 posted here: http://vishnutuningforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=21
-These maps are IDENTICAL to the previous 6-16 maps in terms of performance. Absolutely no changes to anything. The only difference is that I have recalibrated the AFR conversion tables to now display actual AFR when used in the new firmware (#18).

New v4.10 User Software posted here: http://vishnutuningforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1
-Identical in all functional aspects to the previous version. Just some basic cosmetic changes to hold us over until the new software is released.
-Revised user adjustable screen for netbook compatibility.

FAQ:
Q: Since the new maps are the same as the previous maps (6-16), can I just update firmware only.
A: You could but your AFR display will not be accurate. So NO, update maps as well.

Q: Do I need to update to the 2 datalog set-up files?
A: Only if you want your datalogs to be displayed properly and accurately. So yes, just drop them into your "Procede" folder. Select "OK" when windows asks you if you want to replace older pre-existing files.

Q: What will happen if I ask questions that are answered in the documentation provided with the updates?
A: Others will probably make fun of you and post "RTFM" emoticons.

When is the next release we are holding over for coming out? I want to just skip to that. My car runs just fine, and I don't want to do constant updates unless I have to, because its a PITA for me. So....

Also, BETA maps will be posted later today or tomorrow. They will:

- Have the new dual-channel wideband AFR leanrun protection enabled
- Slightly higher low end (<3000rpm) boost targets.

They will run on the same #18 firmware. I'm officially labeling them "beta" maps due to the new performance/functional changes.

There is ABSOLUTELY no need to do any of these updates unless:

1) You fancy the idea of datalogging actual AFR OR

2) Are running larger turbos at high boost and/or nitrous and worry about exceeding the limits of your fuel system.

So.... if you are in the majority of users who don't fall into either category, today's updates aren't useful. So you can ignore them.

Can you wait until they are released for more information about that?

. I can but anything less would be uncivilized.

At least tell us what the settings are in the 6/16 maps?
