why do my wastegates only rattle on a hot start??

I recently took it into the dealer for this...on a cold start I hear nothing...rev it nothing. But when the car is fully warmed up and is restarted after sitting for like 30mins, I hear the wastegates rattle for like 5 secs or longer...dealer said it's normal until the car can build vacum to close the wastegates...this that normal or they just feeding me crap? Anything I can do to stop rattling on a hot start? Thanks guys!

At initial start up (cold start) wastages are default open, so no rattle, you notice the change in exhaust tone as the car is fully warm? Pretty normal when your wastegates are wearing out.

Seriously though it's probably due to metal expanding with heat.
