On a side note the AR oil cooler fits and works perfectly...

i already know i am going to get attacked for saying this, but are you sure the code is thrown due to the cats in the dp's and not the dents on the sensor?

I think he is talking about running without o2 sims since they are catted pipes. Up until maybe late last year that was usually okay but BMW really tightened the o2 sensor tolerances so I think even catted pipes now throw the o2 codes.
