To me the hand motions while the kid is hanging are a bit too exaggerated.

Fake. No way that bag would have snagged the pipe at the top of the strap if he was falling from above. Also the camera had just enough of a delay when he fell over to set up the scene.

I can tell that its fake because as soon as he shot the wall then to the kid, the kid was still (if he were to be hanging from the pole, his body would of been atleast swinging)
