So I drove to my parents' house the other day to pick up the small amount of mail that still gets sent there and I find a letter from the DMV. This is what was inside:

You should send one back in all caps talking about the California government's lack of being able to maintain a budget/fiscal responsibility.

Something along the lines of, "I UNDERSTAND YOU MAY BELIEVE YOU ARE A EFFECTIVE GOVERNMENT, AND YET YOUR FISCAL SITUATION IS MUCH WORSE THAN OTHER STATES...."

Yeah, and by the time they edited it/printed/distributed it, etc... that piece of junk mail probably cost California tax payers $10.
