If anyone is looking for one, I was at Bill Jacobs last night and they just took delivery on a black sapphire metalic, 6 speed, nav with 19's . It was just off the truck so hadn't been prepped yet, but looked pretty sick.

I've been going there for over 10 years (multiple cars) and have had nothing but good experiences with them. They have always stood behind their work, given me loaners at short notice, and fixed stuff they didn't have too. For example, they slightly scratched my rear fender replacing a bulb a year ago. They not only fixed that scratch without question, but they also paid to touch up a few chips in the front.

Glad you've found a dealer that treats you well. However I won't be taking any more business there

It's unfortunate that you have not had the same experiences there.

Worst service dept. IMO as well. I literally work across the street from them and I still make the drive up to Patrick BMW instead. I have given them so many chances but they always manage to screw it up. After the last visit to their service dept, never again.
