I think CPE offers the sims built into the tune itself without having to install an EXTRA module like BMS does with each update....I would go with Procede because there is more customer base using the tune plus Shiv is always corresponding with people on this forum....I am in no way knocking CPE tune, but just saying there is more people using Procede than the CPE and when you get into problems and need to troubleshoot, there are only maybe one handful of people using CPE tune...
