E92 Single Side Exhaust Bumper or Diffuser Available?

Looking for a replacement rear bumper (that's different design from factory), or a Diffuser that can be mounted on factory bumper (with some cutting involved obviously) to work on a 09' E92 328ix Coupe with factory DS double exhaust pipe.

Not looking to install an entire new exhaust (or I would have bought a 335 or M3 to begin with) just to be able to use a bumper with dual exhaust cutouts - just want something different to spruce up the rear around the factory one side exhaust outlets.

Everything I find is for dual exhaust outlet of one type or another - what's available out there for my application?
