This has been discussed to death with no clear answer. It is obvious that it will cause more wear on the motor in the long run, but we are talking very long run... by the time the motor will actually begin to show signs of the use of a tune, numerous other things will already be broken / need to be replaced. With the reliability of this engine, I think a tune is the least of your worries
