I had a similar issue and my dealer replaced the injectors to resolve it as well. The only codes it threw were cylinder misfire codes in my situation.

same here, only misfire cylinder 1,2 and 3. SES will appear upon start up but then SES light goes away after 10~15 mins of driving. I bought some Techron Fuel Injector Cleaner to see if that helps a bit
