Evo's do get the seats stolen a lot from them from what I know/heard.

Yup they do - most likely a theft/strip/recovery/bought at auction/hacked back together/profit? type sale...title is definitely salvage. Would also explain the wrong wheels

Has Evo 9 wheels on there. And the rear quarter panels are wider.

16,800 for an EVO. . that seems a bit suspicions. I called it a pos because it is brown (plus I actually just glanced through the ad, I thought it was a base Lancer), and as a normal person my poop is usually brown.

I actually really like evos though, but my hamster would crush this car any day!
