Needing help on wheel sizing.
Been talking with my hook up on wheels and have been looking into getting some new wheels for my 2007 BMW 335Xi Sedan.
Some info on my car, it is totally stock, no suspension mods or anything yet. One of my questions is will my car look ridiculous if I was sporting some 19's? Should I go with 18's instead. About what thickness of a tire size would you recommend on the set ups below, a 40, 45, thicker? Would I be expecting any rubbing from the suggested size below? Would I be expecting any rubbing from the suggested aggressive size below? Are these sizes below going to be too wide to fit correctly? These are the two different wheel sizing info sent to me about the wheels I am looking into. Regular recommended sizes for 335XI are; Front 19x8.0 +37 5-120 Rear 19x9.0 +37 5-120 If you want an aggressive stance, Front 19x9.0 +37 5-120 Rear 19x10.0 +37 5-120 (custom modification, re-drill from 5-120) All help is much appreciated!! |

Both the recommend and aggressive fitment can work. No rubbing should occur as long as the car is at stock height with 235/265 tires.
Here is a photo at Stock Sport height with VMR VB3 19x9.5 +33 and 19x10 +38 on 235/265 combo. -Charles@VMRWheels
