We have not finalized anything regarding reselling flashes on the N54 platform at this point as we haven't had anyone want to resell it.

We have maps in there that are for less than 91 octane, they are "limp maps"

thanks austin...as for raising the idle RPM, its for those with lightweight flywheels just to eliminate chatter...i get a tiny bit when idling if AC is on (RPM between 700 and 800rpm) anywhere below or above there's no chatter on idle so it'd be a very nice to have

so nothing right now in the works for upgraded turbos?

I figured, just wanted to verify.

I didn't say that.

That isn't as fast as I'd like it to be...with the current piggy failsafes the instant meth flow sensor reports no flow boost is reduced and timing is dropped through cps offset and in some cases throttle is closed (not sure if all piggies do this)...with the way flashes work at the moment this "drop down in map" would happen a few instants after

I didn't say that.
So you can raise idle rpm if a customer requests or no?

I believe he said they could do that. If i'm looking correctly it's the last post on the previous page.

And I wouldn't mind racing an F430 from a roll. I would probably pull a car or so on it and then the displacement and weight factor will catch up around 120-130 or so. You have to understand the F430 has 250trq to the wheels, which no matter what, is a disadvantage from a roll. Would be fun bragging rights, hehe.
actually no, HP is more important from a roll and the F430 certainly traps higher than you, you would lose every single time.

ie Formula 1 cars produce anywhere from 240-290lb/ft from different sources, surely the n54 couldnt outpace one of those from a roll?

glad ur enjoying your new tune though!

I would be down for a little pull, lol. Not saying the 335i is better; it would be a fun experiment. Btw, dyno tomorrow!!!!!!

The boost levels are still the same on the race map, just more timings. YOu can run 16,5 psi on meth without failsafe without any issues. If you add 2 psi on top of that than a failsafe is definetely needed like the piggy do.
Remember the DME knows exactly how much boost and timing the car is running and if knock comes it will back up the right amount of timings instantly.
