Question about getting PDC sensors in.

My 335i has the necessary holes in the bumper for PDC sensosrs on the front and back and I would really like to add these. I was wondering if someone could tell me a rough estimate of how much it would cost to have this done, both for all the necessary parts and labor and wiring and stuff like that. I am open to having used parts as well, doesn't have to be brand new.

Also, I am aware there is one that goes on the license plate, however, I would like that to be a second option, I first want to know how much this would cost. The BMW Dealership was not helpful when I called them with this.

Why does your car have PDC holes if you dont have PDC....

I have no idea, but they are there, I will upload pictures of what I mean when I get off work at 9 CST Tonight.
