Brake Pedal Vibration

When I am sitting at a red light (no matter if car is hot or cold) my car has just recently started vibrating through the brake pedal. It send vibrations that are very repetitious and always the same like something is struggling or something. I don't know what it could be.

I have a JB3 and that is my only mod. 85,000 miles.

yea as weird as it might sound. like while im driving it doesn't happen and if i put my car in neutral and let go of the brake i can't feel it. but when the pedal is depressed i can feel it. it is like a humming that gets strong then non existent then strong then non existent...etc
