CF Spolier

I am going to get the OEM CF rear spoiler for my e90. I want to partially paint it. Any thoughts on some painted/exposed CF combos? Pics?

I say stay away from the CF spoiler unless you have other CF parts on the car to match. It might look out of place.

I like the shape of the CF spoiler vs the reg version. I was hoping the black grills, the black diffuser and partially painting the CF would make the spoiler work.

i think you're talking about this spoiler...

if so, it would look awesome if you had the top and bottom portions painted arctic
and then leave the middle portion exposed with cf which fades into arctic towards the edges.

I've got the same spoiler, and I love how it makes the trunk of the e90 look.

And that's an amazing paintjob.

I went ahead and purchased the CF spoiler. I thought Tischer at $415 would be the source, but I found it cheaper at Morristown for $390.

Thinking about getting this myself, but it's a bit pricey for me at the moment for just an asthetic mod. I'd leave it bare CF since I figure it'll blend in pretty well with SGM.
