2010x5 gas fumes

Hi. I am very new at this but here is my story had a 2009 x5 with 28,000 miles had a bad smell of gas dealer changed everything tank,fuelpump.canister nothing worked car was taken back under lemon law, got 2010 x5 about six months ago are you ready the same thing is now happening smell of fumes and gas inside of car i dont believe it any suggestions bill
