has anyone had a muffler delete done around the philadelphia area. I checked out a few shops and most are charging around 300-400 as an estimate. on this thread most people are only being charged 200. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...r+delete+pipes so any sponsors on here or any members no of a shop that would be in this price range?

They do good work but dont expect to get any smiles or welcome arms if you go there. Also expect to WAIT for hours.

got it done yesterday at mufflex! Do to the mixed reviews on the board about mufflex's customer service i first checked out fabspeed located in ambler. Seems like they think there welds are made out of gold and for them to pull one guy off their "line" to do a muffler delete would cost $750!!!! Immediately left there and hit up Mufflex. The older guy in the shop did an amazing job at a reasonable price! The two youngers guys were lacking customer service; however, i am happy to have it done properly for a good price! I would definitely recommend them to a forum member, but like alex said just don't expect world class support

sorry for such a late response, but they did do a first class job and i chatted with the owner for the hour it took (they really made sure everything was alligned and welded perfectly) about vintage porsches as we both race in cup events. overall, i still recommend them..
