GIAC Stage 1+

Austin just PM'd me stating they will release stage 1+ which requires an FMIC. That's all he said. I'm not sure if this a minimum of 93 octane, which won't work for California owners.

So does anyone have any info on this? Or anyone that actually is beta testing this?

If you're going to say go stage 2 instead, well, I don't have my Black Friday MS downpipes yet.

There were rumors on this before. But remember how long the Stage 2 was in Beta ? I am not sure if Stage 1+ will not take a long time too. I know that there is actually a Stage 1 for race gas already available. But anyway Stage 1+ sounds nice, it seems there is more power to be extracted from an almost stock setup...

I would love a stage 1+, don't want to fully mod, but would do an IC upgrade happily and get a little more HP.

Might be a good package for those who want to keep it really simple and safe but get most of the gains out of the N54.

Does BMW make a upgraded IC?

Could be a great combo.

They've been talking about this for some time.

Running a meth kit will get the octane up a bit, this should be a good "intermediate" stage for those not ready for S2 yet.
