I need your guys help
I have a 325i e90 sedan. I have the base speakers(none logic 7). I am talking about 2 tweeters, 2 door speakers, 2 under seat subs, and 2 2 way speakers ont he rear deck for a total of 10.
How can I upgrade these? As in get ones that sound wayy better that fit in the OEM holes? I dont want anything non-factory looking to show. I just want incredible sound.. |

Well with a budget that low there isn't much you could do. I'd suggest getting a four channel amp and replacing the front door speakers and the underseat subs and using the four channel amp to power them, but that would be more than a few hundred dollars.

Well there are not alot of aftermarket speakers that will fit in these cars here is a list of them, and a list of underseat subs.

List of links

One of the threads in the link has a list of speakers is the one that says list of speakers also there is a lot of general knowledge . For prices there are a number of sources look at woofersetc.com you can get a general idea of how much this stuff costs . I would look to VP Electricity and/or Technic to deliver a total solution some of the parts require mounting brackets, harnesses, machining or shims that can be supplied by them. You are probably looking at least 1k in parts to put together something that sounds a lot better. You can't just do the speakers the OEM amp is pretty wimpy. |

If you have tweeters then I think you have the Hifi system? - that would mean you would have a stock amp in the boot? Correct me if i am wrong guys?
If thats the case with a small budget might be worth going with the Alpine retrofit kit? Few hundread dollars isnt going to get you much quality components in my eyes. What are you after in terms of a stereo anways? little bit louder? more base? are you fussy with your sound? |

And I don't have an amp in the trunk... I just want my car to sound better.. louder, and so that when I turn the volume up the bass doesn't bottom out like its no ones business |
