UK Buyers/Owners : Factory Collection

Anyone know if us Brits can collect our E90/E91 fromthe factory in Germany & drive it home ?

Is there issues with registration/tax etc... or can BMW take care of all that.

I ordered my 330i SE from a German BMW dealership. I could have driven it back from there, but would have had to pay for the German license plates.
Not sure how you would go about self-collection from Munich.
Try emailing BMW AG or one of their German dealerships.

The German dealer worked with a UK importer who handled the whole process of getting the car over here. I opted for a car transporter to deliver the car to the UK. If I had the time to drive the car back myself, they would have organised the fitting of the transfer plates on my behalf.
As it was, they organised transport & registration of the car in the UK with the DVLA & Customs & Excise.
