Will these Ac Schnitzer wheels fit my 07 335 E90

I have been looking for AC Schnitzer wheels or reps and can't find any replicas anywhere. .. so I've decided to try and find a used authentic set. Came across some but not sure they will fit my 07 335 e90. Any feedback on fitment, issues would be appreciated.

Here's the info:

This set is staggered; the rears are 10” wide and the fronts are 9” wide. The rears have a slightly larger lip than the front wheels. Wheels are silver with a polished ring lip. This set will also fit the BMW e46 M3.

Front wheels: 9X20, offset 42mm

Rear wheels: 10X20, offset 33mm

I think the fronts need spacers to clear the struts.
