^^is there anything that could be done for me because my Lux H8 AE causes my dash error light to turn on every time I drive in the rain, when it is hot outside or if I'm driving long distance. It's pretty ridiculous considering how much these cost.
I have the first batch where the black box is inside of the headlight. Alan

well, is there a change in cost of parts to produce this product or or people just being greedy....I think one reason more than another justifies doing business with you....seriously...either you or someone from NAMotorsports needs to chime in here regarding the price increase...
It's bad business to just increase prices without some sort of logical reasoning behind it, aside from just monetary gains...

Marc, I recently purchased a set of Lux 4.0 less than a year ago and the passenger side is out. I checked the connections and everything is intact. I contacted the vendor but they are saying there aren't any 4.0s available now, but only 5.1s. The reason I bought the 4.0 was due tot he color output and would like the same.
What really sucks is the price of these considering their lack of reliability as mine have died out so soon. Please let me know if you can make a replacement set for me. Thanks |

^^ And for me? I've had numerous post in this threads with warning issues on my 09 lci under the circumstances that i listed above before without any response.
If i'm out of luck on these $240 lights that causes warnings every 5mins in my car in the rain, when the outside temp is above 85 degrees or can't operate for more than an hour at a time then it should be posted in your product description Do i have support on these or no? Alan

the LUX 5 for the e90 is a much more simple kit to produce and contains less parts and less complicated electronics. the LUX H8 kit is a much more complex kit to design and has more parts as well.

The LUX H8 didn't used to be $279 though. I believe it was $229 or $219 before so the difference between the two wasn't that big.
Marc, Can you at least tell us if there's any new design or component differences between the new H8's now vs the old ones? Thanks |

okay, so can you confirm that infact there is an increase in production costs or not....and if this is the case, I don't see why you can't comment on that, as seems you are the one building these and not NAmoto directly....

New version on its way...LUX H8 version 3
I'm assuming Marc and/or NAMotorsports will start a new thread on this shortly.
